Who is this service for?
While this is geared towards current undergraduate or graduate students, it is open to anyone seeking to learn more about commercial real estate finance and investment concepts.
Who are the tutors?
As we maintain a strict privacy policy for our clients, we also remain anonymous ourselves online. We are experienced, full-time investment professionals at institutional real estate private equity firms, investment mangers, and developers.
How does billing work?
Depends upon the service package. The introductory call where we introduce ourselves and learn more about each new prospective client is free. If the prospective client elects to hire us, we require a 20% down payment upfront, and the remaining balance upon completion.
